ようこそ、風まち下田へ！ ここは、旅をする人、下田で暮らす人、働く人など、さまざまな人が同じ場所で過ごす「みんなの家」です。一緒に食事をしたり、会話を楽しんだり、思いがけない出会いが生まれたり。そんな共同生活ならではの時間も、ぜひ楽しんでください。 その楽しさと居心地のよさを守るために、いくつかのルールがあります。以下をご確認いただき、分からないことや不安なことがあれば、いつでも気軽にスタッフへ声をかけてください。Welcome to Kazemachi SHIMODA! This is a shared home for travelers, local residents, remote workers, and people from many different backgrounds. Sharing meals, enjoying conversations, and making unexpected connections are all part of the experience here. Our House Rules help everyone protect this welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Please read the following, and feel free to ask our staff anytime if you have questions or concerns.

Please make yourself at home, and enjoy the conversations and connections that come from living alongside others. Putting things back after use, wiping up spills, and keeping your voice down when others are sleeping — these small acts of consideration help make Kazemachi comfortable for everyone.
出入りと安全Entry & Security
セキュリティ ドアの施錠・解錠の方法を内側・外側の両方でご確認のうえ、そのつど正しく施錠・解錠してください。電気錠のため、固いからと力任せに回したり、無理な操作をすると壊れます。破損した場合は、修理費をご負担いただくことがあります。Security. Please make sure you know how to lock and unlock the doors from both inside and outside, and lock or unlock them properly each time. These are electronic locks — forcing or twisting them when they feel stiff will break them, and you may be asked to cover the repair cost.
日中の動線 スタッフが1Fにいる日中は、デッキ側から出入りできます。Daytime entry/exit. When staff are on the 1st floor during the day, please enter and exit from the deck side.
防犯カメラ 皆さまの安全のため、共有スペースに設置しています。Security cameras. Installed in shared spaces for everyone's safety.
1F 共有スペース1F Shared Spaces
コミュニティスペース 日中も夜中も、みんなが自由に集うリビングです。飲食・ワーク・ゲーム・楽器演奏…みんなが楽しめれば自由に！気軽に声をかけあって、楽しい時間を過ごしてください。グランドピアノとギターがあります（ピアノの上には物を置かないでください）。Community Space. Day or night, this living room is open to everyone. Eat, work, play games, play instruments — enjoy freely! Feel free to strike up a conversation with others. There's a grand piano and a guitar (please don't place anything on top of the piano).
私物・荷物 席や共有スペースを離れるときは、私物をお持ちください。Personal belongings. Please take your belongings with you when leaving your seat or a shared space.
自転車 同意書に署名してから利用してください。（白2台・電動1台）Bicycles. Please sign the agreement before use. (2 standard bikes & 1 e-bike)
カフェ・デッキ 滞在中はカフェのドリンクが200円引きになります。喫煙はデッキの指定場所のみです。吸い殻と灰はテーブルの小さな灰皿へ入れ、使ったら必ず蓋を閉めてください。いっぱいのときは無理に押し込まず、フタ付きのシルバーバケツへ移し、そちらの蓋も閉めてください。蓋の閉め忘れは、匂い漏れと火災のもとになります。Cafe & Deck. Guests receive ¥200 off cafe drinks during their stay. Smoking is permitted only in the designated area on the deck. Put ash and butts in the small ashtray on the table, and always close the lid after use. If it is full, don't force more in — move the contents to the lidded silver bucket and close that lid too. A lid left open causes odor and is a fire risk.
風まちキッチン＆ダイニング 港に停泊する船の景色を眺めながら、お料理やお食事をお楽しみください。はしっこにダーツとボードゲームを置いていますので、こちらもご自由にどうぞ。ワーク利用も含めて、ごはんの時間帯は食事の方を優先してください。Kazemachi Kitchen & Dining. Cook and dine while looking out over the boats docked in the harbor. Darts and board games are set up at one end — feel free to enjoy them. During mealtimes, please give priority to those who are eating — this goes for working here too.

タオル バスタオル＋フェイスタオルを、宿泊者1人につき2日ごとに1セットご用意しています。追加レンタルは1セット500円。ご自身で洗濯して再利用もできます。Towels. One bath towel and one face towel are provided per guest every two days. Additional sets are ¥500 each. You may also wash and reuse your towels.
歯ブラシ 使い捨て歯ブラシをご利用いただけます。長期滞在の方は、ご自身の歯ブラシの持参をおすすめします。Toothbrushes. Disposable toothbrushes are available. For longer stays, we recommend bringing your own.
浴室のアメニティ サラヤ「ラシュヴェール フルーテ」のシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープを常備しています。Bathroom amenities. SARAYA Lachevert Fruité shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided.
洗濯 1回100円（洗剤代込み）。サラヤ「ヤシノミ洗たく洗剤 濃縮タイプ」を常備しています。Laundry. ¥100 per wash, including detergent. SARAYA Yashinomi concentrated laundry detergent is provided.
セルフカフェ 小腹が空いたときやおやつに、コーヒー・紅茶・ドリンク、カップヌードル、ミックスナッツなどをセルフ販売しています。料金は商品ごとの表示をご確認ください。お支払いはPayPayまたは赤い貯金箱へ。Self-service cafe. Coffee, tea, drinks, cup noodles and mixed nuts are available to buy for a quick snack or break. Please check the price displayed for each item. Pay with PayPay or leave cash in the red money box.
キッチンのお米 パックごはんのほか、オーナーの友人が育てる地元産の白米「にこまる」も販売しています。Rice in the kitchen. Packaged cooked rice and locally grown Nikomaru white rice, grown by a friend of the owner, are available to buy.
ゴミの分別 可燃ゴミ・ペットボトル・びん・缶などは、裏口の表示に従って分別してください。生ゴミはキッチンで処分してください。Waste sorting. Sort burnable waste, plastic bottles, glass bottles and cans according to the signs at the rear entrance. Dispose of food scraps in the kitchen.
水回り・洗濯（1F）Bathroom & Laundry (1F)
シャワー 利用前に、窓が閉まっていることをご確認ください。Shower. Please make sure the window is closed before using the shower.
女性用バスルーム 利用には専用の暗証番号が必要です。浴槽を利用したあとは、簡単な清掃をお願いします。Women's bathroom. A separate PIN code is required. If you use the bathtub, please clean it briefly afterward.
洗濯 1回100円（洗剤込）。洗濯後は速やかに回収してください。Laundry. ¥100 per wash (detergent included). Please collect your laundry promptly.
乾燥 ドラム式洗濯機の乾燥機能は使用できません。2F乾燥室または自室に干してください。天気の良い日は屋上、少量であればデッキも利用できます。Drying. The dryer function on the washing machine is not available. Please use the 2F drying room or dry your laundry in your room. On sunny days, you may also use the rooftop, or the deck for a small amount.
リネンの交換 交換の目安は 夏：1週／春秋：2週／冬：1ヶ月。ご自身で洗濯していただく場合は無料です。洗濯済みのリネンセットの貸出もあります（1セット1,000円）。スタッフにお声がけください。Changing your linens. Suggested intervals — Summer: 1 week / Spring & Autumn: 2 weeks / Winter: 1 month. Washing them yourself is free. You can also borrow a freshly laundered linen set (¥1,000 per set) — just ask our staff.
キッチンの使い方Using the Kitchen
食器・調味料・調理器具は自由にお使いいただけます。使い方・お願い事は、キッチン内の掲示に詳しくまとめていますので、そちらをご確認ください。Dishes, condiments, and cooking tools are free to use. For detailed guidelines, please check the signs posted in the kitchen.
キッチン設備 電子レンジ、トースター、炊飯器、6口コンロ、フライパン・鍋、一般的な調味料をご利用いただけます。Kitchen equipment. A microwave, toaster, rice cooker, six-burner stove, frying pans, pots and common seasonings are available.
ご利用いただくのは、ダイニングの風まちキッチンです。受付カウンター奥のシェアキッチンは、シェアハウス住人専用となっています。The kitchen for you to use is Kazemachi Kitchen, in the dining area. The share kitchen behind the front desk is for share house residents only.
2F 共有スペース2F Shared Spaces
ワークルーム 静かに集中して仕事をするための場所です。オンライン会議や電話はZoomルームをご利用ください。退出時は、照明とエアコンを必ずお切りください。Workroom. This is a quiet area for focused work. Please use the Zoom Room for online meetings and phone calls. Turn off the lights and air conditioner when you leave.
Zoomルーム 電話・通話が自由にできる個室ブースです。ZOOMや電話MTGの方が優先です。Zoom Room. A private booth where you can make calls freely. Priority is given to those using Zoom or phone meetings.
MTGルーム 最大8名まで利用できます。卓球を楽しんだ後は必ずネットを外して元通りに。利用時間 9:00〜20:00。Meeting Room. Seats up to 8 people. After playing table tennis, please remove the net and return everything to its original state. Available 9:00–20:00.
乾燥室 洗濯物を干したあとは、除湿機のスイッチを一度「OFF」にしてから、再度「ON」にしてください。Drying room. After hanging your laundry, switch the dehumidifier OFF and then turn it back ON.
その他のルールとマナーOther Rules & Manners
夜間の配慮 2階以上の廊下・共有スペース・個室では、夜は静かにお過ごしください。壁のすぐ向こうで眠っている人がいます。 夜に語らいたいときは、お部屋ではなく1階の共有スペースをお使いください。Quiet at night. On the 2nd floor and above — hallways, shared spaces and guest rooms — please keep things quiet at night. Someone is sleeping just on the other side of the wall. If you'd like to talk into the night, please use the shared space on the 1st floor rather than your room.
屋上 朝夕の景色は最高！4階の外階段からお上がりください（1〜3階からは入れません）。戻る時は必ず扉を閉めて施錠してください。Rooftop. The morning and evening views are amazing! Access is via the outside stairs from the 4th floor (there is no entry from the 1st–3rd floors). Please be sure to close and lock the door when you leave.

名残惜しいですが、次にお迎えする方のために、最後にいくつかご協力をお願いします。We'll be sad to see you go — but to welcome the next guest, we ask for your cooperation with a few final things.
お部屋の確認 退室前にスタッフがお部屋の状態を確認します。確認時間を見込んで、余裕をもってスタッフへお声がけください。Room check. A staff member will check the room before you leave. Please allow enough time and let us know when you are ready.
リネン回収 チェックアウト時は所定のボックスへ入れてください。Linen return. Please put linens in the designated box at checkout.
忘れ物チェック 部屋・冷蔵庫・浴室に忘れ物がないか最後にもう一度確認を。Check for forgotten items. Double-check your room, the fridge, and the bathroom before leaving.
鍵の返却 鍵をうっかり持っていかないよう注意！（多発してます…）所定の場所へ。Return keys. Please be careful not to take the key with you! (This happens more often than you'd think…) Return it to the designated place.
