元寮の再生と、現在進行形の場所づくり。地方創生や物件再生を考える方に、建物と日々の運営の現場をご案内します。Explore the reuse of a former dormitory and the daily work of running a shared place. A visit for those interested in local regeneration and adaptive reuse.
イベント・貸切の会Events & private gatherings
ライブ、演劇、アートイベント、貸切パーティー、BBQ、持ち寄り料理会。内容や人数に合わせて、使い方をご相談ください。Live music, theatre, art events, private parties, BBQs and potluck meals. Talk to us about a setup suited to your event and group.

目的、人数、過ごしたい時間を聞きながら、会場・宿泊・食事の組み合わせを考えます。地域の方との交流や周辺の視察を含む企画も、内容に応じてご相談ください。Tell us your purpose, group size and how you want to spend your time. We can discuss the venue, accommodation and meals, as well as possible local exchanges and visits.
機材、音量、飲食、設営・撤収、貸切範囲は事前に確認します。対応できる内容と費用を個別にご案内し、合意のうえで進めます。Equipment, sound levels, food, setup, pack-down and exclusive-use areas are agreed in advance. We will confirm what is possible and provide an individual quote before arrangements are finalized.

再生の経緯や、運営の話を聞きたい方へ。Hear the story behind the place.
建物の再生から、風まちを運営する日々の工夫まで。代表・津留崎がお話しする視察・意見交換は、事前予約で承ります。From bringing the building back into use to the practical work of running Kazemachi, visits and conversations with our founder, Tsurusaki, are available by prior arrangement.
宿泊を伴う団体利用では、滞在プログラムの一部としてご相談いただけます。日帰りの視察・お話のみをご希望の場合は、有料で承ります。内容と所要時間に応じて料金をご案内します。For groups staying with us, a conversation may be arranged as part of your stay programme. Day visits and standalone talks are paid arrangements; fees depend on the content and duration.

- 目的・人数・希望時期をフォームでお知らせください。未定の項目は、そのままで大丈夫です。Share your purpose, group size and preferred dates. It is fine to leave plans undecided.
- 内容を伺い、空き状況・実施方法・費用をご案内します。We discuss your plans, availability, arrangements and costs.
- 内容・料金・条件を双方で確認してから、正式にお申し込みいただきます。You make a formal booking after both sides agree on the programme, price and terms.
フォームでのご相談だけでは、予約や料金は確定しません。An inquiry does not confirm a booking or commit you to a fee.
