1階の共用スペースから、2階の仕事場、個室、屋上へ。各フロアの設備と、滞在中の使い方をご案内します。From the ground-floor shared spaces to upstairs workspaces, guest rooms and the rooftop. Find facilities and practical details for each floor.
1F1F
- コミュニティスペース 4m × 1.2mの大テーブル。プロジェクター、120インチスクリーン、ピアノ、アコースティックギター、PAシステム、シェア本棚があります。 楽器の演奏は10:00〜21:00。ピアノの上に物を置かないでください。イベント等で貸切となる場合があり、予定はInstagramでご案内します。 Community space A 4 m × 1.2 m shared table, projector, 120-inch screen, piano, acoustic guitar, PA system and shared bookshelves. Instruments may be played from 10:00 to 21:00. Please do not place objects on the piano. The space may be reserved for events; check Instagram for notices.
- 荷物置き場 エントランス正面のデスク上です。チェックイン前・チェックアウト後も、荷物を置いてお出かけいただけます。ダイビング用品やサーフボードもこちらへ。貴重品はご自身で管理してください。 Luggage Area On the desk directly opposite the entrance. You may leave luggage here while you go out, both before check-in and after check-out. Diving equipment and surfboards are welcome. Please keep valuables with you.

風まちキッチン＆ダイニング船が停泊する港の景色を眺めながら、お料理やお食事をお楽しみくださいワーク利用やダーツなどもOKですが、ごはんの時間帯は食事の方を優先してください。
※受付カウンター奥のシェアキッチンはシェアハウス住人専用です。ゲストハウスご利用の方は、こちらの風まちキッチンをご利用ください。 Kazemachi Kitchen & DiningCook and dine while looking out over the boats docked in the harbor Work and darts are fine here too, but please give priority to guests having meals during mealtimes.

Guesthouse guests, please use Kazemachi Kitchen here instead. - セルフカフェ：コーヒー、ドリンク、カップヌードルなどを販売しています。料金は商品ごとの表示をご確認ください。お支払いは赤い貯金箱またはPayPayへ。Self-service cafe: coffee, drinks and cup noodles are available to buy. Check the displayed prices and pay into the red money box or with PayPay.
- カフェカフェオレ・抹茶ラテ・自家製ミントモヒートが人気です不定期営業です。代表・津留崎がいる時はオーダーできますので、お気軽に声をかけてください。滞在中はドリンク200円OFF（ゲストのポップアップカフェは対象外）。 CafeCafe au lait, matcha latte, and our homemade mint mojito are guest favorites Open irregularly — you can order whenever the owner, Tsurusaki, is around, so feel free to just ask. Guests staying with us get ¥200 off drinks (pop-up cafe events excluded).
- シャワー・洗濯（男女別）1日の終わりに、さっぱりリフレッシュそれぞれ洗濯機2台あり。1回100円（洗剤込・PayPay対応）。ドライヤーは男女それぞれの脱衣室にあり、無料でご利用いただけます。 Showers & Laundry (separate for men/women)A fresh rinse to close out the day Two washing machines on each side. ¥100 per use (detergent included, PayPay accepted). Hair dryers are available free of charge in both the men’s and women’s changing rooms.
- ウッドデッキ風と光を感じながら、ハンモックでひと休み天気の良い日はハンモックでのんびりどうぞ。喫煙可ですが、周りに非喫煙者やお子さんがいる時はご遠慮ください Wood DeckRelax in the hammock with the sun and breeze On sunny days, relax in the hammock. Smoking is allowed, but please refrain when non-smokers or children are nearby
- 裏口（ゴミ分別） 可燃ゴミ・ペットボトル・びん・缶・割れ物・段ボールなどはこちらへ。表示に従って分別を。生ゴミはキッチンで処分してください。 Back Entrance (Waste Sorting) Burnable trash, PET bottles, glass, cans, broken items, and cardboard go here. Please follow the sorting signs. Food scraps should be disposed of in the kitchen.

- 乾燥室（男女別）洗濯物を干せる、除湿機のある部屋です。除湿機は10時間で自動OFFになります。干したら一度、OFFにしてONにしてください。晴れて風のない日は屋上でも物干しできます（デッキも少量ならOK）。 Drying Room (separate for men/women)A room with a dehumidifier for drying laundry.The dehumidifier switches off automatically after 10 hours. If you hang laundry, please turn it off and back on once. On sunny, windless days you can also dry laundry on the rooftop (small loads are fine on the deck too).
- 集中ルーム 8席の、静かに仕事をするための部屋です。Focus room Eight seats for quiet, focused work.
- オンライン会議用ブース（Zoomルーム） 電話やオンライン会議に使える個室ブースです。Private call booths (Zoom Rooms) Private booths for phone and online meetings.
- MTGルーム 8席。ホワイトボードと55インチモニターがあり、卓球台・こども図書館も備えています。利用時間は9:00〜20:00です。Meeting room Eight seats, a whiteboard and a 55-inch monitor, as well as a table-tennis table and children’s library. Available 9:00–20:00.
2F〜4F ゲストルーム2F–4F Guest Rooms
- 夜間・早朝は、廊下やお部屋周りで静かにお過ごしください みんなでおしゃべりしたい時は、1階のコミュニティスペースへどうぞ。 Please keep quiet in the hallways, guest rooms, and shared spaces during the night and early morning For chatting, head down to the community space on 1F.
- ゲストルーム山側は緑を、海側は港の風景を。どちらもそれぞれの魅力があります3F・4Fの廊下にはドリンク専用の冷蔵庫があります（お名前の記入をお願いします）。 Guest RoomsMountain-view rooms bring the green, sea-view rooms bring the harbor — each with its own charm There are drinks-only fridges in the 3F and 4F hallways (please label your items with your name).
屋上Rooftop
- 港と下田のまちを眺めながら、ひと休み。屋上へは4階の外階段から上がれます。戻る際は必ず扉を閉めて施錠してください（1〜3階からは入れません）。Take a break with a view of the harbor and town. Reach the rooftop via the outside stairs on the fourth floor. Close and lock the door when you return; access from floors 1–3 is not possible.
チェックアウト時の返却について【重要】At Check-out [Important]
- お部屋・洗面台・キッチンの食材に忘れ物がないか、最後にもう一度ご確認ください。 Please do a final check of your room, the bathroom sink area, and the kitchen for anything you might have left behind.
- チェックアウト時、スタッフとともにお部屋を確認させていただきます。時間に余裕を持ってお越しください。 At check-out, our staff will check the room together with you. Please allow yourself a little extra time.
- リネン 所定の返却ボックスへお願いします。 Linens Please return them to the designated box.
- 鍵は受付カウンターのお皿へお返しください。紛失時の再発行手数料は15,000円です。Please return your key to the plate at the front desk. A ¥15,000 replacement fee applies if it is lost.
