客室は2〜4階にあり、エレベーターのない建物です。浴室・シャワーは共用で、温泉ではありません。トイレも、和室以外は共用です。Guest rooms are on floors 2–4, with stairs only. Bathrooms and showers are shared; toilets are also shared except in Japanese-style rooms. The property does not have a hot spring.
古い建物のため、音が伝わることがあります。夜間は客室階で静かにお過ごしください。Sound can travel in this older building. Please keep noise down on the guest-room floors at night.

地元の食材を買ってきて料理したり、ときには、つくった料理を分け合ったり。開放感あふれるダイニングで、その日出会った人たちと囲む、一期一会の食卓。そんな時間も、風まち滞在の醍醐味です。Bring back local ingredients and cook a meal. Sometimes, share what you have made with the people you meet. A table together in the open dining space can become a memorable part of your stay.

8席の集中ルームとMTGルーム、オンライン会議用の個室ブースがあります。MTGルームにはホワイトボードと55インチモニターを用意。仕事や打ち合わせに合わせて使い分けられます。There is an eight-seat focus room, a meeting room, and private booths for online calls. The meeting room has a whiteboard and a 55-inch monitor, so you can choose a space for the task at hand.

合宿・グループ利用を見るGroup stays浴室・シャワーは1階にあり、男女別です。女性側には浴槽があり、男女の脱衣室には無料で使えるドライヤーを用意しています。The shared bathrooms and showers are on the ground floor, separated for men and women. The women’s bathroom includes a bathtub. Free hairdryers are available in both changing rooms.
各脱衣室に洗濯機2台。1回100円（洗剤込み）です。洗濯物は2階の除湿機付き乾燥室へ。洗濯機の乾燥機能は利用できません。Each changing room has two washing machines: ¥100 per wash, including detergent. Hang laundry in the second-floor drying room with a dehumidifier. The washing machines’ drying function is not available.
浴室は共用で、温泉ではありません。和室には室内トイレがあり、その他のお部屋は共用トイレをご利用ください。Bathrooms are shared and are not hot springs. Japanese-style rooms have a private toilet; other rooms use shared toilets.

空室・料金を確認するCheck availability & rates1名個室：1泊目 基本6,000円、2〜6泊目 5,000円／泊、7泊目以降 4,000円／泊。半月・月額プランは、通常の基本料金より安くなる時点で自動適用されます。Single room: base rate of ¥6,000 for the first night, ¥5,000 per night for nights 2–6, and ¥4,000 per night from night 7. Half-month and monthly packages apply automatically when they reduce the base accommodation cost.
半月15泊の基本料金は50,000円、30泊は80,000円。金曜・土曜・祝前日・繁忙期等の追加料金は別途かかります。The base package is ¥50,000 for 15 nights or ¥80,000 for 30 nights. Date-based surcharges, including Fridays, Saturdays, nights before public holidays and peak periods, are additional.

■ Child Rates
Bed sharing is free for ages 0–2 and half the adult rate for preschool children aged 3 and older. Preschool children using a separate bed or bedding, and all elementary-school children and older guests, pay the adult rate. Date-based surcharges follow the same categories. All children, including those staying free, count toward the number of guests. Bed sharing means using the parent or guardian’s existing bed and bedding without additional bedding. Bed-sharing children do not count toward the number of beds or futons needed.

災害・交通障害時の特例
台風・地震などにより、次のいずれかに該当する場合は、キャンセル料をいただかず、お支払い済みの宿泊料金を返金します。
やむを得ない事情により当施設が休業し、宿泊を提供できない場合は、未宿泊分の宿泊料金を返金します。これに伴う交通費、ツアー・イベント代、代替宿泊施設との差額など、宿泊料金以外の費用については、当施設の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、補償いたしかねます。
ダイビング、ツアー、イベントなど、参加予定の催しが中止・欠航となった場合でも、当施設が宿泊を受け入れられる状態である場合は、通常のキャンセルポリシーが適用されます。

Please send your request once your plans are set. When your reservation is confirmed, we hold the room exclusively for you and decline other inquiries. Last-minute cancellations — especially for groups or long stays — significantly affect our small operation, so we kindly ask that you avoid booking as a tentative hold.

Exceptions for disasters and transport disruption
No cancellation fee will be charged, and any accommodation charges already paid will be refunded, if a typhoon, earthquake or similar event results in any of the following:
If the property must close due to unavoidable circumstances and is unable to provide accommodation, we will refund the accommodation charges for the unused nights. Except where the loss results from the property’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we cannot compensate for transportation costs, tour or event fees, differences in the cost of alternative accommodation, or other costs beyond the accommodation charges.
If a diving trip, tour, event or other activity you planned to attend is cancelled or called off, our standard cancellation policy still applies as long as the property remains able to accommodate you.

サラヤ「ラシュヴェール フルーテ」のシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープを常備しています。長期滞在の方は、脱衣所にご自身のシャンプー・ボディソープ等を置いておけるスペースがあります。
Bathroom amenities
SARAYA Lachevert Fruité shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided. Guests staying for an extended period may use a designated space in the changing room to keep their own shampoo, body soap and other toiletries.

Packaged cooked rice and locally grown Nikomaru white rice, grown by a friend of the owner, are available to buy.
ゴミの分別
可燃ゴミ・ペットボトル・びん・缶などは、裏口の表示に従って分別してください。生ゴミはキッチンで処分してください。
Waste sorting
Sort burnable waste, plastic bottles, glass bottles and cans according to the signs at the rear entrance. Dispose of food scraps in the kitchen.
リネンのセットは、ご自身でお願いします。連泊中の客室清掃はありません。使った共用設備は元に戻し、次の方が気持ちよく使えるようご協力ください。Please make up your own bed using the linen provided. Rooms are not cleaned during consecutive stays. Leave shared facilities ready for the next person.
洗濯済みリネンセットは1,000円で交換できます。交換の目安は夏1週間、春秋2週間、冬1か月。ご自身で洗濯していただくこともできます。Fresh linen sets are available for ¥1,000. Suggested changes are weekly in summer, every two weeks in spring and autumn, and monthly in winter. You may also wash your own linen.
館内禁煙・ペット不可。喫煙はデッキの指定場所で、周囲の方に配慮してお願いします。鍵の紛失時は再発行手数料15,000円です。No smoking indoors and no pets. Use the designated deck smoking area with consideration for others. Lost keys incur a ¥15,000 replacement fee.
ハウスルールを読むRead the house rules下田での住まいや仕事探し、暮らしの下見にもご利用いただけます。3か月以上の定期借家契約（月額65,000円）は通常の宿泊とは別の契約で、面談等が必要です。ご希望はお問い合わせください。Stay while looking for a home or work, or to experience life in Shimoda. Fixed-term rental contracts of at least three months (¥65,000/month) are separate from ordinary accommodation and require an interview and other arrangements. Please contact us.

Families with young children are very welcome. Parents and guardians must supervise their children, taking care of their safety and the furnishings. Please refrain from running indoors, shouting, or other behaviour that disturbs other guests. If your child continues to cry, please respond, for example by moving to another suitable place to soothe them. Please follow these supervision and consideration guidelines during your stay.
