About 2.5 hours by limited express from Tokyo. Kazemachi Shimoda is located at the foot of "Minato Bridge" leading to the old town of Shimoda, a port town at the southern tip of the Izu Peninsula.

私たちのコンセプトは、「地域内外のさまざまな人が集い、交流し、共創し、挑戦する場」。
ここは、いわゆる普通の宿泊施設ではありません。
Our concept is "a place where various people from inside and outside the region gather, interact, co-create, and challenge." This is not your ordinary accommodation.

As a casual one-night stay for your trip. As a long-term stay for trial relocation. As a base to fully enjoy Shimoda's ocean, such as surfing and diving. Also available for remote work with an ocean view, or group camps for seminars and companies.

使い方は「泊まる」「働く」だけにとどまりません。
ふらっとコーヒーを飲みに立ち寄ることもできれば、週末にイベントを開催したり、カフェをお試しで営業してみることもできます。
How you use it is not limited to "staying" and "working." You can drop by for a coffee, host an event on the weekend, or even try running a trial cafe.
