風まち下田は、一泊から泊まれるゲストハウスであり、住民票を置いて暮らせるシェアハウスでもあります。ゲストの少ない時期は、まったりとしたシェアハウスモードに。住人やスタッフとゆっくり過ごしたい方、長期滞在や移住をお考えの方には、そんな時期もおすすめです。

■ ご予約時の注意事項とキャンセルポリシー

ご予約が確定した時点で、他のお客さまからのお問い合わせをお断りしてお部屋を確保しております。特にグループでのご予約や、1か月近い長期滞在の場合、急なキャンセルは運営に非常に大きな影響を与えてしまいます。大変恐縮ですが、仮押さえでのご予約はご遠慮いただき、ご予定が確実になってからのリクエストをお願いいたします。

Once your reservation is confirmed, we hold the room exclusively for you and decline other inquiries. Last-minute cancellations — especially for groups or long stays — significantly affect our small operation. Please only book once your plans are certain, rather than as a tentative hold.
