自転車 一般2台・電動アシスト1台をご用意しています。ご利用の前に同意書へのご署名をお願いしております。スタッフにお声がけください。 坂の多い下田では、電動アシストがとても楽です。Bicycles. We have 2 standard bicycles and 1 electric-assist bicycle. Please sign a short agreement before using them — just ask our staff. Shimoda has a lot of hills, so the electric-assist bike makes a real difference.
海で過ごすAt the Sea
鍋田浜徒歩 約15分 波がおだやかで、家族連れでのんびり過ごすのに向いています。歩いて行ける距離です。Nabetahama Beachabout 15 min on foot Calm water, good for a relaxed day with family. Close enough to walk.
白浜海岸車で 約10分 下田でいちばん賑わうビーチ。サーフィンをする人が集まります。Shirahama Beachabout 10 min by car The liveliest beach in Shimoda, and where the surfers gather.
入田浜車で 約15分 静かでプライベート感のある浜です。Iritahama Beachabout 15 min by car A quieter beach with a private feel.
下田には全部で9つのビーチがあります。9つのビーチを見る → 海が好きな人が「いちばんきれい」と口を揃えるのは、空気の澄む秋から冬。人の少ない浜を歩く時間は、とても贅沢です。Shimoda has nine beaches in all. See all nine → People who love the sea agree it is at its most beautiful from autumn into winter, when the air is clear. Walking an empty beach then is a real luxury.
温泉に入るHot Springs
昭和湯徒歩 約5分 地元の方が日常的に通う、昔ながらの共同浴場。歩いてすぐです。Showa-yuabout 5 min on foot A traditional public bathhouse used daily by locals. Just a short walk away.
銀の湯車で 約15分 風まちの住人にも人気の日帰り温泉。サウナと食事処もあります。Gin-no-yuabout 15 min by car A day-trip hot spring loved by our residents too, with a sauna and a dining area.
金谷旅館 千人風呂車で 約20分 少し足を伸ばせば、日本一の総檜風呂。圧巻です。Kanaya Ryokan Sennin-buroabout 20 min by car A little further out, but worth it — Japan's largest all-cypress bath.
歩く・見るWalk & See
ペリーロード なまこ壁と石畳の小道。カフェや雑貨店が並び、歩くだけで楽しい通りです。Perry Road. A stone-paved lane lined with old plaster-walled buildings, cafes and small shops. Pleasant just to walk.
了仙寺・玉泉寺 開国の舞台になったお寺。下田が日本の歴史の折り目になった場所です。Ryosen-ji & Gyokusen-ji. The temples where Japan's opening to the world was negotiated — this town sits at a hinge point in Japanese history.
龍宮窟・恵比須島・爪木崎 伊豆半島ジオパーク。海と大地のかたちがそのまま見られる場所です。Ryugukutsu, Ebisu-jima and Tsumekizaki. Part of the Izu Peninsula Geopark, where you can see the shape of the sea and the land laid bare.
朝の散歩 風まちの周りは海沿いを歩けるコースが豊富です。朝いちばんに港のほうへ出るのがおすすめ。屋上（4階の外階段から）から見る朝と夕方の景色も見逃さないでください。A morning walk. There are plenty of seaside routes right around us — heading toward the harbour first thing is our recommendation. And don't miss the view from our rooftop (via the outside stairs on the 4th floor) at sunrise or sunset.
雨の日・館内で過ごすRainy Days & Indoors
コミュニティスペース（1F） グランドピアノとギターがあります。食事・ワーク・おしゃべり、好きな使い方でどうぞ。夜中もあいています。Community space (1F). There is a grand piano and a guitar. Eat, work, or just talk — however you like. It's open late into the night, too.
プレイルーム ダーツ・ボードゲーム・映画鑑賞。雨の日はここで一日過ごせます。Playroom. Darts, board games and movies. You can happily spend a whole rainy day here.
ワークルーム・Zoomルーム・MTGルーム（2F） 静かに集中したいとき、通話をしたいとき、打ち合わせをしたいとき。MTGルームは最大8名です。Workroom, Zoom Room & Meeting Room (2F). For focused work, for calls, and for meetings. The Meeting Room seats up to 8.
風まちキッチン＆ダイニング（1F） 港を眺めながら自炊できます。買ってきた魚を焼く日も、なかなかいいものです。Kazemachi Kitchen & Dining (1F). Cook while looking out over the harbour. A day spent grilling fish you bought that morning is a fine day.
ちょこっと販売コーナー（1F） コーヒードリップバッグ ¥100／ソフトドリンク ¥150／ノンアルコールビール ¥200／カップヌードル ¥250／静岡麦酒 ¥400。お支払いは赤い貯金箱かPayPay QRへ。 カフェは不定期営業です。オーナーのツルがいるときは、お気軽にお声がけください（滞在中はドリンク200円OFF）。Little self-serve shop (1F). Coffee drip bag ¥100 / soft drink ¥150 / non-alcoholic beer ¥200 / cup noodles ¥250 / Shizuoka beer ¥400. Pay into the red box or by PayPay QR. The cafe opens irregularly — whenever Tsuru, our owner, is around, just ask. Guests get ¥200 off drinks.

買い物・移動Shopping & Getting Around
電車 最寄りは伊豆急行線の伊豆急下田駅。路線の終点です。Train. The nearest station is Izukyu-Shimoda on the Izukyu Line — the last stop on the line.
バス ビーチや温泉へは路線バスが便利です。本数が多くないので、帰りの時刻を先に調べておくと安心です。Bus. Local buses are the easiest way to the beaches and hot springs. They don't run often, so it's worth checking your return time before you set out.
買い物 スーパー・コンビニ・ドラッグストアの場所は、スタッフにお尋ねください。自炊される方には、朝のうちに港のほうへ出るのがおすすめです。Shopping. Please ask our staff where to find the supermarket, convenience store and drugstore. If you're cooking, heading toward the harbour in the morning is a good idea.

病院・薬局 近くの病院や薬局の場所は、スタッフにお尋ねください。夜間や休日でどうしたらよいか迷うときも、遠慮なく声をかけてください。Hospital and pharmacy. Please ask our staff where to go. If it's at night or on a holiday and you're unsure what to do, please just ask — we'd rather you did.
